Answer: Yes, we ship to almost all over the world but depend on products*.

Answer: We ship from our warehouses in USA. We work directly with reliable suppliers around the world, which allows us to pass our savings directly to our customers and offer them exceptional products at incredibly competitive prices.
We sample every item and even visit factories to ensure the best quality and sustainable practices.
Question: How long before my product ships?
Answer: It will take 2-3 business days for your product to ship. Due to Covid 19, some products are not available, we experience in some area more than 5 business days before shipping.
Question: What is the estimated delivery date (ETA)?
Answer: Depending on your locations, delivery may take between 7 and 30 days. Please rest assured that we will send your tracking number to you as soon as it is shipped.
Question: How do I return and replace my item?
Answer: We strongly believe in the quality of our products. We therefore offer a 30-day risk-free money-back guarantee (return shipping costs excluded).
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, just send it back to us and we will refund your money or exchange your product (the decision is up to you), up to 30 days, no questions asked .

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
